We are one of the first C& B units in the Gulf region to be compliant with and approved under the stringent ‘Estidama’ (Sustainability) norms developed by UPC (The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council). Through the use of a “Pearl Rating System”, it is ensured that our products are Estidama compliant, and that they have a minimum impact on the environment through the judicious use of recycled materials and least distances for transportation of raw materials as well as finished goods. – these, in turn, ensure that the Carbon Footprint (impact on the environment) is as low as possible.

In an ever changing urbanscape, we have worked hand in hand to build strong foundations for the urban landscape, being an integral essence of the community and the nation in hand. One of the most important operations in the building of reinforced concrete structures is the Cutting & Bending of Reinforcement bar (Rebar) into the correct shapes and sizes as specified in structural drawings and since 1998, we have been providing this service to the local construction industry.

We are a ‘UK CARES’ ( UK Certification Authority for Reinforcing Steels) accredited Cut & Bend Factory located in Jebel Ali Free Zone of Dubai.

Emirates Rebar was established in 1997 and is one of the oldest, largest and most modern plants for the fabrication of Cut & Bent steel in the UAE.

We have a team of highly proficient and qualified Engineers, Detailers and Draughts men who provide the requisite technical services for converting Architectural Design Drawings to Shop Drawings and Bar Bending Schedules. Our back end staff and technical workers ensure that steel is delivered to each and every project with precision and within time schedules.
